AI Training & Workshops

Get your team
fluent in AI

Tools are only as good as the people using them. We run hands-on training and workshops that turn AI from a buzzword your team is wary of into something they reach for every day — using your tools and your real work, not generic slides.

Overview

The gap isn't the tools — it's the confidence to use them

Your team has access to more AI than they know what to do with. The blocker is rarely the software; it's not knowing what's safe, what's useful, and how any of it applies to their actual job.

We close that gap with hands-on training built around your real work. People leave having actually done it — with the prompts, guardrails and habits to keep going on their own.

The ComplxAI team at work

A good fit if…

  • Your team is curious about AI but unsure where to start
  • People are using AI tools quietly, with no guardrails
  • You've bought tools nobody has really adopted
  • You want practical skills, not a theory lecture
What we deliver

The sessions we run most

Leadership workshops

Half-day sessions that cut through the hype so owners and managers can make confident, informed calls about AI.

Hands-on team training

Role-specific sessions where your team learns to use AI on their actual tasks — and leaves able to do it.

Adoption & enablement

Playbooks, prompt libraries and guardrails that make the new habits stick long after the session ends.

Who it's for

Training tuned to each part of your team

01

Owners & leadership

Cut through the noise so you can decide where AI fits, what to invest in, and what to leave alone — with confidence.

02

Operations & admin

Hands-on sessions on drafting, summarising, data work and the everyday tasks that eat the most time.

03

Sales & customer teams

Use AI to research, personalise and respond faster — without losing the human touch your customers expect.

04

The whole company

A shared baseline of what's allowed, what's safe and what good looks like, so everyone moves the same way.

How a session runs

Built around your team, not a generic course

1

Assess

We learn your team's tools, tasks and confidence level, and agree exactly what good looks like after the session.

2

Run the session

Hands-on and practical — your people work on their own real tasks with live guidance, not a theory lecture.

3

Embed

We leave behind playbooks, prompts and guardrails, then check back in so the new habits actually stick.

Every session includes

Skills that stick, not a one-off talk

A workshop is only worth it if the habits survive the week after. We build every session to leave something practical behind.

Ask us directly
Do we need any AI experience to start?

None at all. We meet your team where they are — most sessions are built for people who are curious but have never used AI seriously at work, and we go hands-on from the first minute.

Is it remote or on-site?

Either. We run workshops on-site for the energy of being in a room together, or remotely for distributed teams — whatever fits how you work.

Will it actually be relevant to our work?

Yes — that's the whole point. We build the session around your tools and your real tasks, so people practise on things they'll do again on Monday, not toy examples.
