Why we build what we recommend
We are one team on purpose. When the people who write the recommendation also have to build, integrate and operate it, the recommendation stays honest, and nothing gets proposed that the same engineers would not want to own in production.
It also removes a hand-off. Strategy, architecture and code come from the same people, so the plan never has to survive a second firm’s interpretation of it.
The commercial model follows from that. Every stage is priced in writing before it begins, you can leave at any boundary, no retainer is required, handover and documentation are included, and the IP is yours from day one of any paid stage. The results are on our case studies page.

- DiscoveryFixed fee, two to four weeks. You get a use-case map, each item scored by impact, effort and risk.

- Implementation12-week blocks, working software every couple of weeks, and the software can move in-house at any point.

We work remote-first across Australia on Australian business hours, onsite where it helps, and our delivered work includes organisations in Brisbane and Sydney. Four terms that hold on every engagement
Each one is written into how we price, deliver and hand over. They are not aspirations; they are the conditions of working with us.
Independence
We do not resell a platform. Model providers and cloud services are components we select and engineer around, so a recommendation rests on what fits your systems, your data and your budget, including buy or defer when that is the right call.
Ownership
You own the IP from day one of any paid stage: code, infrastructure-as-code, documentation and data. Documentation and handover are included, and you can take the software in-house at any point.
Pace
Implementation runs in 12-week blocks with working software every couple of weeks. Discovery and Strategy each take two to four weeks, so you see a scored use-case map and a plan before any build starts.
Pricing
Every stage is priced in writing before it begins, and you can exit at any stage boundary. There are no mandatory retainers, so the decision to continue is yours at the end of each stage.
