Team members are based in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. Most of the work in building an AI system still happens in a repository, a cloud account and a shared board, not a meeting room, and working remote-first lets one small senior team serve organisations in any Australian city with nobody between you and the people writing the code.
Some moments are better face to face: Discovery workshops, the Strategy readout and the first days of a go-live. In Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne those sessions are straightforward to arrange; elsewhere we plan the travel. The rest runs on video with the same people, in the same repo, following the five stages in how we work.

Implementation runs in 12-week blocks and ships something usable every couple of weeks. You test the real system, and what you find shapes the next cycle.

Code, infrastructure and documentation sit in your repositories and cloud account; the IP is yours from day one of any paid stage. A shared board and channel keep decisions visible, not buried in an inbox.

Least-privilege roles you grant and can revoke, secrets in a managed store inside your account rather than a chat thread, and every credential we hold removed at handover.
Onsite sessions
In Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne, where team members are based, being in the room is straightforward. Elsewhere travel is planned, not incidental: in the free pre-discovery we agree which sessions justify it, and the rest stays remote so the money goes into the build.

Do you work with businesses outside Australia?
Yes. Australia comes first and most work runs in Australian hours, but remote delivery is available to organisations in New Zealand, Singapore, the UAE and the United States, or anywhere else, and team members are also based in Singapore. Our work has already crossed borders through clients: an agricultural drone startup we built perception and decisioning for expanded into the US, and QAL VPN scaled to a global launch. If you are overseas, get in touch and we will say plainly whether the hours and the fit work.
Which time zone do you work in?
Australian business hours, with meetings set in Australian Eastern time. Teams in Perth, Adelaide or Darwin get one shared window agreed at the start of each block, so nobody renegotiates meeting times every week.
