The gap between the deck and the build
Plenty of firms here will write an AI strategy; plenty will build to someone else's. Does anything have to leave the AWS Sydney region?
Not if you need it to stay. We deploy in the region you need; for Australian data residency that is the AWS Sydney region, in your own AWS account or one we set up for you. The variable is the model call: during Strategy we check which of the models you want are served from the AWS Sydney region and put the answer in writing. We are regulated. How do you handle security and compliance?
Accounts you own, least-privilege access, and logging of model calls, approval steps and PII handling designed in from the first block, so your compliance team can review the system itself.
Does the NSW AI Assessment Framework affect how you build?
If you are a NSW Government agency or sell into one, the framework is mandatory for the agency. The evaluation results, risk notes, oversight design and logging we design in by default are the material it asks for, so we shape the documentation to fit.
