Is the Gold Coast covered by the same team as Brisbane?
Yes. One small senior team serves Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the rest of Australia; our Brisbane page covers the work delivered there. The shape we propose for a Gold Coast client is a Discovery kickoff in your office, working sessions on video in between, and the Strategy readout back in the room.
Our business is seasonal. Can an AI system cope with the peaks?

Our patient and guest records are sensitive. Where will the data live?
In your own AWS account, or one we set up for you, deployed in the region you need; for Australian data residency that is the AWS Sydney region. For a precinct clinic or a hotel group, Discovery lists which records the system may read, and Strategy names the providers that pass the residency test.
