No. We meet your team where they are. Sessions are built for people who are curious but have not used AI seriously at work, and we go hands-on from the first minute.
Is it remote or onsite?
Either. We are remote-first across Australia and run sessions onsite where it helps, for example when a whole team is in one place. Remote sessions suit distributed teams.
Will it be relevant to our work?
Yes. That is the point of the assess step. We build the session around your tools and your real tasks, so people practise on things they will do again the following week, not toy examples.
How does training fit with a build engagement?
It runs alongside it. When we are building a system for you, the sessions are scheduled so the people who will use it are ready before it goes live. Training also stands on its own for teams adopting off-the-shelf tools. Either way it is priced in writing before it begins, with no retainer.
Who owns the material afterwards?
You do. Notes, guardrails and worked examples produced in a paid session are yours from day one, as with any paid stage of our engagement model.
