Tell us where AI
could pay off
A few structured questions, and we come back with a written recommendation and a view on the right first stage, plus a free, no-obligation intro call. Four short steps. Every proposal is scoped by the engineers who will build the work, following the stages set out in how we work.
Thanks — we're on it.
One of the team reads every request and replies in writing with a view on the right first stage; if a call makes sense we send a booking link. If you would rather talk first, book the free intro call.
Put a rough number on the manual work first
Before you reach the budget step, it helps to know what repetitive work is costing you. Set the four inputs below and the calculator returns an indicative annual figure you can quote back to us in the request. Nothing is stored and there is no sign-up.
Your numbers
Approximate figures are fine. Refine them as you go.
of time and capacity returned to the business each year
What the calculator assumes
The calculator is a scale check to start a conversation, not a costing. It takes the number of people, the hours each loses to repetitive tasks and the share of that work a system could absorb, then prices those hours at the rate you enter. In Discovery we replace every assumption below with figures drawn from your own processes.
See what Discovery involves- Hours back each month = people × hours a week × AI share × 4.33, the average number of weeks in a month
- Enter a fully-loaded hourly cost (salary, on-costs, overhead and tooling) rather than base wage, or the figure will run low
- Monthly value = those hours × your hourly cost × 3. The ×3 is the model's assumption that reclaimed time goes to work worth more than the admin it replaces; it is an assumption, not a measurement
- Working days back divides the monthly hours by a 7.5-hour day, and days a week reclaimed divides that by 4.33 again
- The yearly figure is the monthly value × 12, with no build, licence or ramp-up cost netted off. Pricing that properly is what Discovery is for
