Luxpip: 75% less manual workload from a complete FinTech build
Luxpip is a FinTech trading business. ComplxAI built the whole product: a custom design system, web and mobile apps, an administrator panel, agents that carry internal operations, and a custom B2B API through which its customers integrate directly. Luxpip reports 75% less manual workload and a 40% scale-up.
The whole product, not a single feature
Luxpip did not need a feature added to an existing system. It needed the product built: the surfaces its customers use, the panel its own team works in, the operations behind both, and a way for customers to plug in directly.
The decision that shaped the build was to treat those as one product rather than a series of separate projects. The six pieces, and how each was engineered, are listed in the next section.

Six pieces, engineered as one product
One design system underpins every surface, the administrator panel was built alongside the customer apps, and the agents and the API were in scope from the start rather than added afterwards.
Custom design system
The component library, states and patterns every other surface is assembled from, so the web app, the mobile apps and the administrator panel are built from one set of parts.
Web app
The customer-facing product in the browser, composed from the design system's components so screens and states behave the same way on every page.
Mobile apps
The same product on customers' phones, sharing components and flows with the web app so a customer moving between devices sees one product, not two.
Administrator panel
The internal surface Luxpip's own team works in, built on the same design system and in the same scope as the customer apps rather than as a later add-on.
Agents for internal operations
Agentic solutions that take the routine work behind the product off the team's hands, designed with a person approving where it matters. The general approach is described under custom AI agents.
Custom B2B API
A direct integration route for Luxpip's business customers, so they can build on the product programmatically rather than working only through the apps. The pattern is covered under SaaS development.
How the pieces fit
Three layers: the surfaces people use, the API customers build on, and the agents running operations behind both.

How a build like this is run
Engagement length, team size and fees for this build are not published. The structure is the same for every client: five stages, each priced in writing before it begins. The detail is on how we work.
- Intro callA free 30-minute conversation about what you are trying to build.
- Pre-discoveryA free hour to test whether the problem is worth a paid stage.
- Discovery2–4 weeks from a fixed fee: a prioritised use-case map scored by impact, effort and risk.
- Strategy2–4 weeks, priced upfront: a board-ready implementation plan with build, buy or defer calls.
- Implementation12-week blocks with working software every couple of weeks, then documentation, handover, a 14-day support window after launch (then paid support if you want it) and the option to take the software in-house.
The IP is yours from day one of any paid stage, there are no mandatory retainers, and you can exit at any stage boundary.
Less manual work, more room to grow
Luxpip reports two figures: manual workload down 75%, and a 40% scale-up. Both are the client's own measures; no reporting period is published. Alongside the numbers, Luxpip owns the software outright, from the design system to the API. The other named and NDA engagements are on the case studies page.
